C flute from the Step-Up series suitable for and intermediate players. The new Yamaha “Type A” headjoint enables the flautist to produce an easy yet colourful sound and still play using a wide dynamic range. There is a slightly increased wall thickness that greatly improves the resonance of the headjoint and maximizes the tonal colours. Headjoint and lip plate are made of 925 silver (Sterling Silver), body and footjoint are made of a silver-plated Nickel Silver (Alpaca). The 517 has covered keys, Offset G key and Split-E mechanism. Case, bag and accessories included.
